Wash your hair first, without conditioner, then blow dry your hair.
First, apply the first dose evenly on the hair about an inch away from the scalp, then straighten the hair with a flat brush, wait for the hair to soften, and then rinse.
Note: It takes 20-30 minutes for rough and sturdy hair; 10-20 minutes for bleached or energized hair.
After rinsing, blow dry your hair completely. Use an ion clip or straightener to straighten your hair. Then use a second dose of Neutralizer, apply evenly to your hair about an inch away from your scalp, then brush your hair. Straight, wait about twenty minutes before flushing.
